Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant has stated that HOA has performed spray application of herbicide to aquatic vegetation to kill it out along shoreline of dam. This application was done approximately 3 weeks ago.
Complainant has also stated the HOA has installed a production well just below the dam so that pumped ground water can be discharged to the impoundment via a piped discharge. This work was done to maintain lake elevations and was done approximately 8 months ago.
