Caller has concerns about the Little Sequatchie River. He said that landowner who owns a large tract of land just downstream from Coalmont OHV, was working on installing three culvert crossings across the river.
Appears to be developing his property as an ATV park called “Basecamp Tracy City”
No crossings were observed onsite. We spoke with Mr. Gregory about getting CGP coverage for disturbed areas associated with the construction of his ATV park, specifically the parking area he said he was constructing at the top of the mountain. JAI said the roads being created need to be included in the calculation of area of disturbance. I told Mr. Gregory that we will send him an NOV asking him to get CGP coverage.
