Description and Writeup
Complainant states: "It’s directly across the street from the Stanfield Church of God building, the closest mailbox I could find is at 6264 Stinking Creek Rd, that mailbox is on the side of the road the church is on but the septic I’m referring to is on the other side of the road from those markers I mentioned (church and mailbox). You will be able to see where the ground has been disturbed at the spot, and it can be seen from the roadway."
