Complaint received from EPA Region IV with complaint stating the following:
Tip or Complaint: I have a piece of property that conjoins with Industrial chicken houses. They have put drain tiles in that drain water from their property onto mine. When it rains a lot it cause excessive runoff and is starting to cut a ditch right through my field. There is also a small natural stream that runs through my property. The water that runs off onto my property flows into that stream.
