Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Mrs. Kathy Ireson contacted Robert Brawner in the Central Office, who in turn contacted Jeff Bagwell. Mrs. Ireson was complaining of a really bad sewer smell from Morristown STP. She says it may be from their discharge. She says it is really bad in the evenings. She said she spoke with someone last year, and they told her they were making repairs to fix the problem. She said it has just gotten worse.
