Complainant states that their water pressure is very low, around 20 psi, and has been for at least 6 months.
NMB spoke with complainant on July 2 over the phone. Complainant lives on a hill and may be experiencing issues with booster pump taking pressure away from his road. NMB informed COIDC of this information after speaking with complainant. Shortly afterwards an Alliance employee came to check the meter.
NMB spoke with complainant again on July 5, problem persists but complainant said that an Alliance employee has been working on it.
NMB checked in with complainant again on July 10. Alliance is working on fixing a leak on Gainesville Road.
