CALLER REPORTED A RELEASE OF AN UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF AN UNKNOWN MATERIAL ARE BEING DUMPED INTO A STORM DRAIN AT THE INCIDENT LOCATION. CALLER STATED THE MATERIAL IS USED AS A WINDSHIELD WASH USED TO SQUEEGEE WINDSHIELDS. CALLER STATES THE MATERIAL IS DUMPED DOWN THE DRAIN ON A DAILY BASIS DURING EARLY MORNING HOURS PRIOR TO DAY LIGHT. CALLER STATED THE LIQUID IS KILLING INSECTS AND IS LIKELY DAMAGING THE ECOSYSTEM.
