Description and Writeup
Mr . Brad Tullock reported that the Marathon Market pump station overflowed on 10/9/08. SKV informed him that J.C. Hurd reported the overflow before he did on 10/9/08. He was also informed that Roto Rooter was pumping the pump station and that Four Seasons was pumping from the creek. Finally, he was informed that there was a bad float switch and that SKV would come to the pump station and creek.
From the 10/8/08 complaint investigation, TWRA was notified of the fish kill on 10/8/08 by TAR after SKV notified her. TWRA personnel were at the site on 10/8/08. Both pumps were seen in operation at the pump station on 10/8/08 by SKV and BBC.
SKV and RLT met with Mosheim personnel at the pump station on 10/9/08. A float switch and a phase connector box were repaired in the control panel box per Mosheim personnel. Both pumps were seen in operation at the pump station. The creek was observed to be clear upstream and downstream of 706 Bramble Rd.
