Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant says her water pressure is low, if multiple faucets or shower etc. are in use the pressure is very low. *** Referred the complaint to Water Authority of Dickson County (WADC). WADC went out on 24-FEB-17 and put a pressure recording device in her meter box to continuously record the pressure over the weekend. The recording device was left on over the weekend. The device was pulled on Monday 27-FEB-17, and the data was down loaded. The data shows the pressure stayed above 50 PSI the entire time. *** 28-FEB-17 complainant called and informed of the results. Advised the complainant to investigate her service line as a possible source of decreased pressure.
