9-5-19: JEBr received a complaint about land disturbance of more than 1 acre north of W Kenwood Ave, east of Miss Helen Cir in Brighton. Parcel in question seems to be ~ 6 acres in total. No EPSCs. Possibly no CGP coverage.
9-5-19: JEBr assigned complaint to TDW for investigation.
9-6-19: TDW investigated site and observed approximately 5 acres that had been cleared and grubbed. No EPSCs were observed. TDW began working on advisement letter
9-13-19: TDW followed up with complainant.
9-13-19: TDW rec'd application before advisement letter went out.
