7/19/2023 - RWRo - RWR received report from a complainant that "Reliable Plumbing" was witnessed performing a pump installation and possible a treatment system installation on a private well.
7/24/2023 - RWRo - RWR drafted and mailed certified advisement letter to Reliable Plumbing.
8/4/2023 - RWR - letter has not been delivered to date.
8/7/2023 - RWR - Letter received, closing complaint
8/17/2023 - RWR - Letter returned to Central Office - RWR reopening complaint, will search for an alternative address.
9/18/2023 - no alternative address found - TN Verify does not show a plumbing firm with "Reliable". If this company does exist, it does not appear as though they have a Plumbers license either.
