Complaint Description and Writeup
3-FEB-14 Received a call from Mr. Casey Martin stating that he had discolored (blue or purple) water in his home. Stated that he had contacted the WTP and they had not known what could cause this and didn't know if they had done anything. I advised Mr. Martin that I wuld contact the WTP personnel and ask them to follow up with him and let him know what they had done, and asked him to contact us again if he was not satisfied.
3-Feb-14 Contacted Mr. Randall Sinsang with the Ashland City WTP, who had taken the original complaint, Mr. Sinsang stated that he had sent an operator out to flush and investigate the complaint and that the operator had noted nothing wrong. He also stated that they would contact Mr. Martin and let hum know what they had discovered and ask if he needed any further assistance. I told Mr. Sinsing to contact me again if he needed anything more from us.
