TWRA was called Sunday about overflow from Blackjack dairy.
DAL made site visit 6-17-14. Some appears to have left the field next to the milking barns. The volume is hard to tell 2 days later. Need to see what TWRA found. Met with Milton and Chris Beard.
DAL will conduct a CEI on Monday 6-23-14 to review records.
I did not issue a "NOV". I did say in the letter that they violated the permit by not sampling. Some amount left the site at some point. Not sure how to log this. DAL
