12/8/2023 - RAB - SR received a phone call from Dewey Giles for a well at 128 Luna Way, with DT#D0105065. Couldn't find driller report for well so forwarded to RAB. RAB looked up phone number and found it was for Dewey Giles who has requested driller reports in the past in order to install pumps in wells. DWR mailed Mr. Giles a PBA letter on October 16, 2023 for installing pumps without a license.
12/18/2023 - RAB mailed 2nd PBA to Dewey Giles.
12/27/2023 - RAB - Letter delivered, individual picked Up at Post Office.
