5/31/2024 - RAB - Review of WaterLog NOI entries indicate that the driller has 36 pending Notices of Intent (NOIs), late NOI fees and late driller reports.
6/6/2024 - RAB - RAB received call from driller's office manager. Driller did not have a drill rig until 2018, so could not have drilled the wells prior to that and believes the wells were drilled under the license number of a relative that is now deceased, Lic. # 597, Keith Campbell. They will not be able to look for the older driller reports because those records were lost or destroyed a long time ago. RAB told office manager that they needed to submit a letter on company letterhead stating this.
6/13/2024 - RAB - No letter received as of this date. Will email and call driller office manager to remind them that a letter is needed. Email sent.
6/21/2024 - RAB - RAB received response from driller Lic. 904, Brian Campbell. Lic. # 903 and Lic. # 904 are family members and operate the same business. As detailed in the letter, during transition from one licensee and his business to other licensees and their business, an administrative staff did not submit the required documentation and no records were passed to the new business.
