Complainant states that, "The neighbors are experiencing draining issues from 2222 Otterburn Lane, Germantown TN. I called the city, and they said the application was submitted to TDEC. We are asking the application be reconsidered because of the flooding problems the current grade of the property is at. A temporary drainage plan is needed. Also, can an engineer please review the long-term plan to make sure there will not be any long-term draining issues for us?"
