City of Chattanooga notified us that they had a situation last Friday at 6015 International Drive (at the Shallowford Rd Car Dealerships) where a wetland area was disturbed on a project. In addition, the project submitted land disturbance work for .61 acres and with the additional land disturbance it puts them over the one acre threshold. City has already placed a stop work order and sent a NOV out to the property owner and contractor
