Douglas lake has had scum and smell over this season. This is my 5th season here and have not experienced this Oder or algae bacteria growth??
I’ve been told numerous deflections- dead fish, heat temp, new construction, dumping, sewage aloud in from pigeon forge river ending at dam, EPA restrictions lifted in 2017 so no regulations or controls in protection of the lake?????
What is the truth?
Who will come out and get a real time sample and gives us a report of findings?
Who is the direct person in charge of this lake and water control measure??
I am getting bounced around,
