We're sending the photos of 111 Boyd St. and 218 Stratton Blvd. These photos show the ineffective attempt for erosion control by the land owner. As you can tell it failed miserably. The land owner didn't get a general construction permit from the state. I believe he should be in direct compliance with the state's rules and regulations.
