Good afternoon Josh. Hope you are well. You may be taking off for the holidays but if not I'd like to chat about a couple of projects in my neck of the woods. I left a voicemail on your office phone. I didn't want to bother you on your mobile phone so I thought I would follow up with an email. The projects are:

The Grove at Cedar Hills - TNR 136089 - I'm sure you are familiar with the history of this project and it continues to hemorrhage muddy water when it rains. There is absolutely no maintenance of the BMPs and what controls that are in place are totally inadequate.

Farmstead Subdivision TNR 136602 - This project has started this week and a substantial amount of grading and more importantly clearing and grubbing has been accomplished. To date there is no visible erosion control in place and no Construction Exit has been installed.
