Mr. Steve Harsh, City of Johnson City reported a 3-8-18 overflow at 1314 Lake Drive Extension, Johnson City. A written report will be submitted to the Johnson City EFO. The report received on 3-13-18 indicated the overflow went from 5:20-6:15 PM with an estimated volume of 1,100 gallons. The cause was due to roots. The following corrective actions were done: initial-"Opened line," follow up-"Cleaned line," and additional-"TV'd line." The disinfection type was "Wash & Vac."
