3/6/2024 - RWR - received complaint from licensed well driller (complainant)
3/7/2024 - RWR - called recent Pump Service Company to determine how well head was left after pump job. Awaiting response.
3/7/2024 - RWR - Recent pump service company indicated that the well was left with a 12" stickup and properly capped.
3/14/2024 - RWR - Received trip report from KEFO, uploaded - resumed well location found, vault not evident at surface or with minor excavation - KEFO to draft advisement letter to the well owner.
3/20/2024 - RWR - NOV mailed to well owner, awaiting response.
6/14/2024 - RWR - CAM visited site, Work appears to have taken place; however, full inspection still pending.
7/22/2024 - RWR - CAM shared photos, appears as though well vault still not in compliance.
