Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Mr. Billy Wood is the Public Works director for the City of McKenzie. He called to complain about drainage leaving the 342 Diamond Drive Circle in McKenzie. The home owners are Glenn and Suzette Smith. Mr. Wood states that water leaving the Smith's property is possibly from either leaking pipes under the house or a pipe that was not tied into the sewer system. At various times, the City of McKenzie has detected an odor of sewage and has spread lime on the flow to neutralize and deodorize the smell. Mr. Wood says that home owner stated that the water was an overflow pipe that drains but did not state the source of the discharge. Neighbors have complained that their dog continues to get in this discharge and has to be cleaned in order to remove the smell.
