Photos taken late this afternoon 12/9/24 are attached and show continued discharge from the excavation site at Thrasher Pike at the Railroad in Soddy Daisy.
This site has been under a 5/2/23 director's order for over a year and a half and has not controlled the discharges. This is unacceptable.
