Susan Cower reports that a neighbor named Jason Frady is working in a wetland with a backhoe creating a pile of muck. This operation is causing sheen in the water. Susan said her carp is not showing up after having them for 25 years. Susan suspects oil and gas is being released into the water by the construction.
