In Harrison off 58 and Birchwood Pike by Frog Level Branch, pipes coming into it has black bubbly substance coming out of it, coming from other side of road where there is a gas station. Caller is concerned because pets drink from that.
Investigated by TDEC UST as well as Hamilton County MS4. Was determined to be coming from failing septic system at Family Dollar. This will be handled by Hamilton County septic program.
