Complaint Description and Writeup
Mr. Jeff Corder, City of Johnson City reported a 5-18-18 overflow at 709 Clamar Street, Johnson City. The overflow was due to a force main sewer line break. A written report will be submitted to the Johnson City EFO. The report received on 5-23-18 indicated the overflow went from 11:00-11:30 AM with an estimated volume of 1,350 gallons. The following corrective actions were done: initial-"Turn off pump station," follow up-"Repaired force main," and additional-"Relaid force main." The disinfection type was "Vac & Wash Down."
