Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
An anonymous caller reported an illegal sewage holding tank at 617 Bolen Ave. in Chester County. The caller said the home is using a pump and an above-ground tank located just a few feet to the right of the porch and flower bed. They are pumping sewage into the “holding tank” with a pump labelled “not for sewage,” and then up to the street where we suppose it goes into the city sewer. The caller said you could see sewage if you moved back the mulch in that area (or maybe they meant you could see the tank?).
