Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
On October 6, 2014, I received a call from Mr. Greg Ireson at Elgerlotte Lane in Morristown, TN. Mr. Ireson was complaining of the odor from the Morristown STP. I spoke with his wife, Kathy, in March of 2014 on the same issue. Mr. Ireson is very upset because he thinks it is taking entirely too long for Morristown STP to "fix" the problem. He said that the odor is a little bit better, but it is still bad and is causing him and his wife to have breathing and health problems (his wife has asthma). He wanted to know what legal rights he had against the City of Morristown and the State and if he could get the federal government involved.
