Caller states dirt is being hauled away and land is being destroyed. Also has junk like old propane tanks sitting around.
Hamilton County Storm Water is also dealing with this site, but WPC needs to address because land disturbance is unpermitted (see file, NOI was submitted but not processed due to pending enforcement case, Mr. Booker was sent letter in December 2007, he called and said he was adding on additional acreage and would get engineer to revise plans)
