Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
2/28/2018 - Complainant stated that dirty water is leaching off the property of Harrison Concrete and possible TA Travel Center onto Lovell Road.
3/05/2018 - Concrete powder appears to have been tracked onto Lovell Road. Allen Wilkinson conducted a full site inspection this past January and did not find any violations. Recommend a follow-up inspection.
**3/06/2018 - Met with Carolyn Huppmann, the facility environmental representative. Allen Wilkinson and I met with her onsite. We did not see any evidence of pollutants going into the stream or across the road. The only thing we saw was mild dust tracking onto Lovell Road. The on-site operator stated that the utility company had the fire hydrant running fro almost 24 hours last week. I called and left a VM with First Utility to confirm.
