Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Since construction began in the neighborhood we have had issues with red clay that has breeched the silt containment barriers and is making its way into the storm water drains and a creek that I have been told is a protected waterway. The company in charge of clearing the land and the city of White House has been notified numerous times but the problem continues. Is this something that TDEC would help with since the clay is being deposited into a water way?
