Caller said sewage backs up inside business, which his wife owns, on frequent basis. He said it backed up yesterday but did not call Winchester Utilities. They purchased the building recently. He has contacted Winchester Utilities in the past but the issue continues. He mentioned many other businesses in the area have the same issue.
