Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
On 12/12/24, Landon Reed (LR) received an anonymous phone call about someone installing an SSDS at 1649 Cumberland Heights Rd. The complainant stated that someone was installing corrugated pipe on the property, and was running down the hill. LR previously made a site visit on 6/5/2024 for an inspection letter on the property in an attempt to locate the SSDS. At that time, LR submitted the inspection letter locating the septic tank but was unable to locate the field lines. There was no record of initial permitting completed on that property according to the FileNet. During this investigation, LR was unable to locate any remnants of corrugated pipe being used for wastewater. LR however did locate a corrugated pipe running alongside the house, possibly being used as a French drain to divert surface water from the foundation. No further action is required at this time, but may need a follow-up visit if visible wastewater is located on this property.
