7/6/2023 - Received call from licensee regarding an unlicensed pump installation at the Site.
7/6/2023 - Received call from well owner regarding unlicensed pump installation - used wrong type of pump (2 wire vs. 3 wire), used wrong drop pipe, stole owners wire, ruined existing drop pipe, unlicensed.
7/6/2023 - RWR - via phone corresp. RWR asked the complainant to provide a written synopsis of the complaint and any estimates, invoices, receipts and proof of payment as evidence for the complaint.
7/7/2023 - RWR - RWR received necessary documentation from complainant.
7/17/2023 - RWR - NOV mailed certified
7/21/2023 - RWR - NOV received by violator - closing case.
7/21/2023 - RAB - RAB received voicemail from Mr. Frenia saying he thought the work was covered by his existing electrical/other license. He said his staff were preparing the application for submittal sometime next week.
