9/8/2023 - RWR reviewing flagged emails recognized that Sandy Rittenhouse had recorded that Gus Naranjo was mailing NOIs using the us postal service and not verifying receipt before beginning drilling.
9/8/2023 RWR send advisement email to Mr. Naranjo - will close complaint when response received from Mr. Naranjo.
9/11/2023 - RWR spoke with Gus Naranjo on the phone - explained to him that he must fax or e-mail the NOI so that we receive it BEFORE the well is drilled. He agree, closing case.
