Description and Writeup
Inadvertently, came across well while in field, on 7/21/2023. No Driller tag attached to well casing or Driller Report submitted to DWR. Owner stated Benjamin Calfee (TN License 1000) drilled well a few years.
12/4/2023 - RAB - Mr. Calfee emailed driller reports, scanned payment summary sheets, and photos of two driller tags to RAB & JKD. 57 driller reports in total, 11 with driller tag numbers on them, 46 without driller tag numbers.
12/19/23 - RAB - Mr. Calfee emailed photos of seven driller tags to RAB & JKD.
5/14/2024 - RAB - Mr. Calfee emailed photos of remaining 13 driller tags to RAB & JKD on 4/27/2024. Also included some clarification on previously submitted reports.
