2/26/2024 - RAB - RAB reviewed driller's NOIs in WellLog and saw that there were thirty-seven (37) pending NOIs that were over 60 days old, therefore 37 NOI fees and 37 driller reports were late. RAB wrote a Please Be Advised (PBA) letter for the NOI fees & driller reports (past the 60-day time frame following well completion).
4/15/2024 - RAB - Reports and NOI fees received by TDEC on 3/15 – 3/27/2024, reports entered into WellLog on 4/3 – 4/15/2024.
