6/13/07: James Vaden (Lebanon MS4) called and reported that approximately 30 acres of disturbance has occurred in Phases 1, 2 and 3. Upon learning that the development only had coverage for 9.8 acres he said that he was going to issue a stop work order. He is going to require immediate stabilization of the excess acreage. Work will not be allowed to continue until a revised NOI and a revised SWPPP addresses the land disturbance on the lots. - DKC
