    Complaint Description and Writeup

    11/27/2023 - RWRo received a call from complainant, returned call on 11/28/2023, caller reporting that the property owner (Browning Land & Cattle / Browning Cattle Co.) had recently drilled one or more wells on the property within the last 2 or 3 months. Database indicates that no NOIs or Driller Reports have been received for new wells at this location. Complainant indicated that the well(s) would be on one of four parcels (050-018, 017, 024, and/or 023).

    1/2/2023 - Still no indication of new wells drilled at this site per the database.
    1/29/2024 - closing case, have not received NOI, Driller Report, or additional information from complainant to date.
