Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Mr. James Copp called as a representative for the Everlasting Baptist Church, Englewood, Tennessee. Mr. Copp stated that when it rains in Englewood the toilets in the basement of the church overflow and during times of harder rains the pressure is so great that the sewage overflows at the upstairs toilets. As a result the Church has had to replace flooring, carpets, bathroom cabinets, and now the ceiling will need replacement in spots. Mr. Copp stated that both the pastor and he have repeatedly talked with Mr. Bob Cass about this problem at the Church but nothing has been done and the overflows continue.
I requested that Mr. Copp develop a list of the dates that overflows have occurred at the Church so that when staff come to document the problems Mr. copp can provide the data to the investigator.
