WWTP lost power in the plant. Wastewater overflowed at the rotary screens. A water line busted in the belt filter press room and sprayed water on a breaker panel causing a breaker to trip and shut power down to the plant. The electrical problem was repaired and normal operation was restored. Robert Tipton, ES3, Visited site on 4/17/17 and found that the WWTP was in normal operation
