At Devonshire Drive and Maricourt Street in Hickory Hills Subdivision there is a huge addition to the subdivision being built. There is significant runoff everytime it rains. The runoff contains clay and gravel making it impossible to see the road in places. Gravel is left across the road after each rain event as well.
