Complaint Description and Writeup
The complainant contacted the field office because she has construction around her house and they are stirring up dust. The dust is coming into her home. The complainant stated that there are about 25 trucks excavating and she saw one water truck yesterday and 0 today, She said that it has been bad the last 5 days. The permit number is TNR154897.
LJS investigated on 9/5/24 and found no problem with dust. Heavy equipment was operating at time of inspection and water truck was also in use. Gravel truck entrance pad in good order.
