Caller said she was concerned about fluid getting into the ground.
A tour of the site found no vehicle fluid removal issues. The original complaint was not valid.
However, a review of the site's TMSP permit found no SWPPP, no annual testing, and no quarterly and annul site checks. An NOV was written. DAL
