Received complaint via email through the Ask TDEC site. Complainants email stated "Certain areas have contaminated water and I just wanted to ask if you could come around and do a routine check of the water system. I'm at the Hampton Inn in Nashville and when I drank the water from the water fountain my eyes dilated. My eyes also did the same thing in mountain view hospital. " **
01-JUN-15 emailed complainant to ask which Hampton Inn they were staying at, as there are several (~6) Hampton Inns in Nashville.
10-JUN-15 no response from complainant, emailed again to try and find out which hotel they stayed at.
30-JUN-15 no response from complainant, closing compliant.
