Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint was received by voicemail on 11/15/24 stating a property had a straight pipe running into a nearby creek. Site visit was made 11/18/24. A pipe was found coming from the building and entering the ground. Area on surface was disturbed and had a recent burn pile and had construction materials. No evidence of sewage was found. No problem found.
