Investigated on 9/20. Met with City collection system folks and went to two different manhole locations. Each had a moderate smell of gas/diesel. As did the Dixie Maid. They are still monitoring LEL's at the manhole locations. Date of investigation the LEL was well below limits. They have narrowed the source's location down to an area between the Dixie Maid and the railroad tracks crossing Memorial Blvd. There are 3 gas stations in this area. Referring to UST to follow up on these facilities. No smell was indicated on 9/23/10 at STP or at Dixie Maid.
