Complainant says: Why is our tap water coming out brown?
This has been happening for a couple of weeks.
I live near Bowling Avenue where they are doing work. When will that end?
Thank you for looking into this matter.
Metro Water services responded to the complaint on 7/29/2024. On 8/1/2024 Metro water notified the Division what they had done..."System Services team member went out on 7/29/2024, and flushed the fire hydrant in the area water was cleared, and the team member did talked with home owner." "• No watermain repairs in the area of the complaint.
• I spoke with complainant by phone on 8.1.24, and he was please with the results.
• Water was tested, and the chlorine reading was 1.5."
