    Complaint Description and Writeup

    Complainant called to report multiple sewer line breaks along his road. He said they fixed it 3 times in one week. He first called metro on February 7, 2017.***
    28-FEB-17 AER called complainant for more information. Complainant said sewage had been running down his driveway into Dry Fork Creek. He also said Metro had repaired 4 breaks within 100 feet of line. She advised him we would check with Metro to get an understanding of the situation. ***
    3-MAR-17 MPM called Metro for information.They said they would check and get back in touch.***
    15-MAR-17 MPM Talked to Metro again and received and email which advised that metro had been bypass pumping sewage around the section of line since about March 3, and they are going to replace approximately 425 feet of cast iron line with PVC pipe. They said equipment was mobilizing onsite today and they estimate 2-3 week to complete. ***
    4-APR-17 Per Metro Water Department, the replaced line was pressure tested and put in to service on 23-MAR-17.
